‘Zone of Theoretical Visibility’ (ZTV) and ‘Zone of Visual Impact’ (ZVI) assessments are a study to determine how visible a new development would be in the landscape. Using up to date GIS (Geographic Information Systems) mapping techniques we are able to say to a high degree of accuracy where a development will be and won’t be seen.
